Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to residents. They collaborate with residents, families, and other interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care. They care for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. They coordinate care, assess residents, educate residents, and perform various nursing interventions. They may serve as charge nurses and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE, ACEN, and NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
• Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.

Pay & Schedule

• Salary Range: $32.50 - $48.00
• Sign-On Bonus: $25,000
• Pay Info: $25,000 SIGN-ON BONUS!!
• Shift: 12 Hours - Varied Shifts
• Schedule: Flex Weekly Hours: 36.00
• Travel Differential: $2.50/hr for facilities outside of home location
• FLEX Premium: Additional $1.25 per hour weekend shift differential, Additional $1.25 per hour evening/night shift differential (6:00pm – 6:00am)

• Flex Plus employees have a permanent home location, but can be deployed to sister centers if needed.
