RN - Full Time Flex Plus Sunset/St. Vincents

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to residents. They collaborate with residents, families, and other interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care. They care for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. They coordinate care, assess residents, educate residents, and perform various nursing interventions. They may serve as charge nurses and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE, ACEN, and NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possesses multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
• Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.

Pay

• $32.50 - $48.00 per hour
• $25,000 SIGN-ON BONUS!!

Schedule

• Shift: 12 Hours - Varied Shifts
• Job Schedule: Flex
• Weekly Hours: 36.00
• Pay Info: $25,000 SIGN-ON BONUS!!
• Additional $2.50/hr travel differential for facilities outside of your home location
• Additional $1.25 per hour weekend shift differential
• Additional $1.25 per hour evening/night shift differential; 6:00pm – 6:00am

Department Details

• Schedule will vary and include nights and weekends.
• Non-Block Scheduling.
• The Flex Plus employees will have a permanent home location, however, if their center has lower need, the flex employee can be deployed to a sister center.
• Additional $1.25 per hour weekend shift differential.
• Additional $1.25 per hour evening/night shift differential; 6:00pm – 6:00am.
