Job Description

The Registered Nurse at Singing River Health System is responsible for providing patient care utilizing the Nursing Process. They must be educated in nursing, licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in Mississippi, and hold relevant certifications such as ACLS, PALS, and TNCC. Experience in inpatient settings is preferred, with a minimum of one year within the past five years.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an NLN School of Nursing
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in Mississippi
• Current BCLS certification upon hire
• Appropriate certifications for specific specialties within 12 months of employment
• De-escalation training completed by 90 days of employment
• One year of inpatient clinical experience, preferred

• Knowledge of the Nursing Process

• Proficient in using computers and office technology
