RN for Developmental Services
About the role
The RN for Developmental Services works collaboratively with team members to ensure the health and safety of individuals served by Community Partners. Duties include training non-licensed staff in medication administration and healthcare coordination, conducting quality assurance reviews, and preparing for audits and certifications.
Responsibilities
- Train non-licensed staff in the administration of medications and healthcare coordination
- Conduct quality assurance reviews at agency sites
- Prepare for audits and certifications
Requirements
- RN preferred
- At least two years of nursing experience
- Experience in developmental disabilities and/or mental health preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to utilize technology provided to perform job requirements
- Valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle liability coverage
