About the role
The RN for Developmental Services works collaboratively with team members to ensure the health and safety of individuals served by Community Partners. Responsibilities include training non-licensed staff in medication administration and healthcare coordination, conducting quality assurance reviews, and preparing for audits and certifications.
Responsibilities
- Train non-licensed staff in the administration of medications
- Coordinate healthcare for clients
- Conduct quality assurance reviews at agency sites
- Prepare for audits and certifications
Requirements
- RN preferred
- At least two years of nursing experience
- Experience in developmental disabilities and/or mental health
Qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to use technology to perform job requirements
- Valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle liability coverage
