RN Float Pool Nights
Job Summary
As a highly-skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse in the Float Pool, you will provide the best possible preventative, supportive, and nursing care to each patient based upon the nursing process and in accordance with hospital policy and procedures. You will work to provide patients with an individualized care plan through assessment and planning.
Qualifications
- Current State of Utah Registered Nurse license or RN Compact license
- Associate Degree in Nursing required, BSN preferred
- Current American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification
- Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program
- Sensitivity, maturity, and ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- At least one-year medical/surgical acute hospital experience required
