About the role
Seeking a dedicated Operating Room RN – First Assistant to provide exceptional intraoperative patient care utilizing the nursing process.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating patient care across departments
- Ensuring patient rights and confidentiality
- Supervising and evaluating other caregivers
- Upholding mission, values, and standards
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure in Missouri
- Minimum 2 years of intraoperative experience as scrub and circulating nurse (3+ preferred)
- Certifications in BLS/ACLS (within 1 year), RN‑First Assistant, and CNOR required
- Preferred certifications include CRNFA and CNOR
- BSN preferred
