About the role
Seeking a dedicated Operating Room RN – First Assistant to provide exceptional patient care utilizing the nursing process.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care with various departments
- Ensure patient rights and confidentiality
- Lead and evaluate caregiving staff
- Uphold the organization's mission, values, and standards
Qualifications
- Current RN license or permit in Missouri
- Minimum of 2 years intraoperative experience as scrub and circulating nurse (3+ years preferred)
- BLS/ACLS within 1 year of hire
- CNOR & RN-First Assistant certifications within 1 year
- BSN preferred
