We are seeking a dedicated Operating Room RN – First Assistant to provide exceptional patient care using the nursing process. The role requires embodying the organization’s mission, values, and standards in all interactions.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care with other departments
- Maintain patient rights and confidentiality
- Supervise other caregivers
Requirements
- Current RN license in Missouri
- Minimum of 2 years of intraoperative experience as both scrub and circulating nurse (3+ years preferred)
Qualifications
- Certifications required within one year: BLS/ACLS, CNOR, and RN-First Assistant
- Additional certifications (e.g., CRNFA, BSN) are advantageous
