RN First Assistant - Non-Exempt

Role: Registered Nurse First Assistant in the Main OR, utilizing the nursing process to deliver patient care, evaluate care effectiveness, and coordinate with other departments. Responsibilities: Maintain patient rights and confidentiality, provide accountable care, and perform duties aligned with mission, values, and standards. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program, active RN licensure, minimum of 1 year perioperative nursing experience, and BLS/ACLS certification within the first year. CNOR or RN-First Assistant certification is preferred. Skills & Physical Requirements: Ability to push, pull, lift 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting motions.
