Registered Nurse (Non-Exempt)

About the Role

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by team members. Coordinates patient care across departments, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, in alignment with organizational standards and values.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current RN license in the state or compact licensure
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various movements
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required
• Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, ENPC, TNCC, or specialty certifications may be required based on unit
