Evaluates the effectiveness of care provided by team members and coordinates patient care across departments. > Maintains patient rights and confidentiality, adhering to organizational standards and values. Position Details Education: Graduation from a nursing school (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).Licensure: Current RN license in the state or compact licensure, with ongoing compliance.Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required; additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, and others may be required based on the unit or role. Qualifications & Skills Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.Prolonged standing and walking during shifts.Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as needed.
