Registered Nurse (Non-Exempt)

Responsibilities

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and performs duties aligned with organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current RN licensure
• BLS certification

Physical Demands

Regularly pushes, pulls, lifts up to 50 pounds, stands, walks, and performs movements like bending and reaching.

Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, or specialized unit certifications may be required or preferred.
