Registered Nurse (Non-Exempt)

Role Overview: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, and aligns duties with organizational mission and standards. Responsibilities include: Delivering quality nursing care, collaborating with team members, and ensuring patient safety and satisfaction. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN). Holds a current RN license and basic life support certification. Additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, or PALS may be required based on department needs. Skills & Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks like reaching, bending, and kneeling.
