Role Overview: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care in a technically complex Progressive Care Unit, utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based practices. The role emphasizes a multidisciplinary team approach, prioritizing patient wellness, safety, and quality outcomes. Responsibilities Deliver top-of-scope nursing care, including precepting new staff and supporting clinical competency.Participate in a four-phase orientation program based on AACN ECCO® resources, simulation, and knowledge verification.Support secure safety, patient outcomes, and contribute to a collaborative clinical environment. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited or state-approved nursing program if less than 3 years of experience.Current RN licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Minimum of 6 months nursing experience.Strong clinical skills, adaptability to fast-paced environments, and commitment to ongoing learning.
