RN Fellowship - Progressive Care

About the Role

Provides direct patient care in a technically complex Progressive Care Unit, utilizing the nursing process within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-of-scope nursing care, prioritizing wellness, safety, and evidence-based practices.
• Support new staff through precepting and contribute to a secure, efficient clinical environment.
• Participate in a specialized four-phase orientation program based on AACN ECCO® resources, including simulation and competency validation.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program if less than 3 years of experience.
• Valid RN licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum 6 months RN experience.
• Strong clinical skills, adaptability to fast-paced settings, and commitment to professional growth.

Onsite role with day and night shift rotation.
