RN Fellowship - Specialty - CVICU - FT - Nights - $10K Sign on Bonus - MRH

About the Role

Provides direct patient care in cardiac ICU which may include transplant patients in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies, values, and mission of the organization. This position is ideal for an experienced acute care RN ready to expand or pivot into CVICU.

A $10K Sign on Bonus applies to night shift positions only and is paid in two equal installments.

Requirements

• Two (2) years of Cardiac IMCU experience or one (1) year general ICU experience with hemodynamic monitoring and ECCO Course completion
• Valid BLS and ACLS from either the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross
• Accredited Nursing Program (Required)
• BLS certification (multiple accepted formats listed below)
• Registered Nurse Compact License or Florida RN License
• One (1) year of cardiovascular and/or intensive care experience

Department-specific credentials:

• ONCC Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider Certificate required for RNs administering chemotherapy
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required for ICU, ED, PACU, Endo, Tele, OB, MHN Pre-Op, and Specialty Procedural areas
• PALS required for Pediatric areas (30-day grace period for RNs from non-pediatric backgrounds)
• Certification in Fetal Monitoring (Intermediate or Advanced) for L&D RNs
• Newly licensed RNs have 6 months to obtain ACLS, PALS, and/or Fetal Monitoring (if L&D)

Responsibilities
