RN Fellowship - L&D Birth Center Nights

Role Overview: This registered nurse position provides direct patient care in a women and infants-focused birth center, including units such as Mother/Baby, Labor and Delivery, and NICU. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care utilizing the nursing process.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.Prioritize patient wellness and safety, modeling proficiency through precepting new staff and students.Support ongoing clinical education, training, and competency validation.Adhere to practice standards from organizations like AWHONN and AACN.Contribute to a safe, secure, and efficient clinical environment. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program or approved by the state board.Current RN licensure and relevant certifications such as C-EFM, NRP, CCRN.Minimum of 6 months of RN experience.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification prior to start.
