RN Fellowship - L&D Nights

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care in a maternity setting, including Mother/Baby, Labor and Delivery, Women’s Care, and NICU, utilizing evidence-based practices and adhering to standards such as AWHONN and AACN. Responsibilities: Prioritizes patient safety and wellness, models proficiency through precepting new staff, and collaborates within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes. Supports clinical education and competency validation, while contributing to a secure and high-quality care environment. Qualifications & Skills: Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program, hold an active RN license, and have at least 6 months of RN experience. Certification in C-EFM within one year of hire, and BLS certification are required. Key Duties Deliver top-of-scope nursing care utilizing the nursing process.Engage in evidence-based practice and continuous learning in a fast-paced environment.Participate in safety and quality initiatives to improve patient outcomes.Support team-based care and contribute to a positive patient experience.
