RN Fellowship - L&D Nights

Role: Registered Nurse in Women and Infants units, including Mother/Baby, Labor and Delivery, Women’s Care, and NICU. Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process, prioritize safety and quality, model proficiency through precepting, and contribute to evidence-based, multidisciplinary care to achieve optimal outcomes. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from an accredited nursing program, valid RN licensure, and relevant certifications (NRP, ACLS, C-EFM). Minimum six months Women and Infants nursing experience or completion of a fellowship. Good standing BLS/CPR card required. Key Duties: Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment, support ongoing education and competency validation, and adhere to practice standards guided by AWHONN and AACN.
