RN Fellowship - Acute Care Orthopedic Spine Nights

About the Role

Provide direct patient care in the MCR Ortho Spine Unit, a high-acuity acute care setting. Utilize top-of-scope nursing practice, apply evidence-based care, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize patient wellness and deliver specialty acute care following evidence-based models.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support team-driven, innovative clinical practices.
• Model proficiency by precepting new staff and contributing to safety and quality at the point of care.
• Foster a culture of safety, professional growth, and high-quality patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required if you have less than 3 years' experience).
• Valid RN licensure.
• At least 6 months of RN experience.
• BLS certification.
• Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced environment with a focus on patient-centered care.
