RN Fellowship - Acute Care Orthopedic Spine Nights

Role Overview: This position is for a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) working night shifts in the MCR Ortho Spine Unit, providing direct patient care in an acute care setting with moderate to high acuity. Key Responsibilities: Utilize top-of-scope nursing skills, apply evidence-based practices, prioritize patient wellness, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality care. Support new staff through precepting and contribute to positive clinical outcomes. Qualifications & Skills: Must have an accredited nursing program graduation, valid RN license, at least 6 months RN experience, and BLS certification.
