RN Fellowship - Acute Care

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care in a high-acuity acute care setting, utilizing the nursing process within a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes. Key Responsibilities Deliver top-of-scope nursing care, prioritizing patient safety and evidence-based practices.Model proficiency through precepting and mentoring new healthcare team members.Support secure safety and quality at the point of care.Participate in specialty Acute Care (Med-Surg) units, with clinical education support for competency validation. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program or licensed as an RN with a valid state license.Minimum six months of RN nursing experience.Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross, valid through sixty days of hire.Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. Additional Information: This is an onsite role requiring day and night rotation shifts.
