About the role
Provides direct patient care in a high-acuity acute care setting, utilizing the nursing process within a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver top-of-scope nursing care, prioritizing patient safety and evidence-based practices.
- Model proficiency through precepting and mentoring new healthcare team members.
- Support secure safety and quality at the point of care.
- Participate in specialty Acute Care (Med-Surg) units, with clinical education support for competency validation.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program or licensed as an RN with a valid state license.
- Minimum six months of RN nursing experience.
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross, valid through sixty days of hire.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
Schedule
This is an onsite role requiring day and night rotation shifts.
