RN Fellow - Critical Care - PSPH November 2026 Cohort
Providence is calling for applications for our November 2026 RN Critical Care Fellowship. An RN Fellow at Providence St Joseph Health will experience a guided transition into their new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors, and hands-on learning. This program is designed for RNs ready to transition to a new specialty who have more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience. This position starts November 2, 2026.

This is a full-time position with variable shifts available. Specialties include CVICU and NTICU.
Responsibilities
- Transition into a new specialty through structured curriculum and hands-on learning.
- Work under the guidance of experienced preceptors.
- Provide patient-focused, whole-person care.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License (upon hire).
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (upon hire).
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association (within 6 months/180 days of hire).
- 1 year of nursing experience (new to specialty).
Qualifications
Required:
- More than 12 months of continuous RN work experience.
Preferred:
- National Certification in area of specialty (unless otherwise indicated).

Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
Pay
The pay range for this position is $47.69 - $94.06 per hour. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range will be determined based on relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
