About the role
Providence is calling for applications for our November 2026 RN Progressive Care Fellowship. An RN Fellow at Providence St Joseph Health will experience a guided transition into their new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors and hands-on learning. If you are an RN ready to transition to a new specialty and have more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience, the Providence Clinical Academy is for you.
Schedule
- Start date: November 2, 2026
- Full-Time, Variable shifts available
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association
- Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: National Provider ACLS – American Heart Association
- 1 year of nursing experience (new to specialty)
Preferred Qualifications
- Upon hire: National Certification in area of specialty

Pay
Pay Range: $47.69 - $94.06. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
