About the Role
This position offers an RN NICU Fellowship designed to develop expertise in neonatal intensive care through structured curriculum, simulation, and real patient experiences with guidance from preceptors. It requires more than 12 months of continuous RN experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver specialized neonatal care in a hospital setting.
- Apply advanced skills and knowledge to support patient health and recovery.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical expertise.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington RN license upon hire.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- NRP certification from the American Academy of Pediatrics within 6 months.
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
