About the role
The RN Postpartum Fellowship at Swedish First Hill begins November 2, 2026. The fellowship provides a structured curriculum, simulation experiences, and authentic patient care guided by preceptors to develop expertise in postpartum nursing. Candidates must have more than 12 months of continuous RN experience.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Washington Registered Nurse license upon hire
- National Provider BLS certification – American Heart Association
- At least 1 year of nursing experience (new to the specialty)

Pay
Base pay range: $50.80 – $93.51 per hour. Placement within the range is based on relevant experience and other applicable factors.
