About the Role

We are seeking an RN Fellow for a specialized Children's Resource Unit program, designed to support nurses transitioning into a new specialty through structured curricula, experienced preceptors, and hands-on learning.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in a guided transition into pediatric nursing care
  • Apply specialized training to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
  • Collaborate with preceptors and team members to enhance clinical skills
  • Engage in on-site learning experiences within a hospital setting

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • American Heart Association BLS certification upon hire
  • At least 1 year of RN experience, new to the specialty

Schedule
