Responsibilities
- Maintaining and restoring health of resident patients
- Acting as a main point of contact between residents and their families
- Addressing and preventing concerns from family members
Requirements
- Associate's degree or above in Nursing (ASN) or Practical Nursing Diploma required
- Clear and active Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN licensure in the state of practice required
- One (1+) years nursing experience required; prior Sub-Acute Care or Long-Term Care nursing experience preferred
