RN Supervisor (3-11)

AristaCare is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your assigned shift. Supervision must align with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, as well as facility requirements, to ensure the highest degree of quality care. The Nurse Supervisor is delegated administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for carrying out assigned duties.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards governing the facility.
• Maintain quality care standards under the direction of the Director of Nursing Services.
• Exercise administrative authority and accountability for assigned duties.

Requirements

• Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or graduation from an approved RN program.
• Active, unencumbered RN license for the state of New Jersey.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or related healthcare setting.
• Minimum of 12 months of training experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
