Job Summary
The licensed registered nurse is a professional nurse who is responsible and accountable for providing evidence-based clinical care to designated patients utilizing the nursing process. This is accomplished by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care according to established ethical/cultural codes and standards of nursing practices and working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes.

Full-Time
Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM with every 4th Saturday from 8AM-12PM
Job Description
The licensed registered nurse is responsible for:
- Assessing patients' health needs and developing care plans
- Implementing care plans and monitoring patient progress
- Evaluating care effectiveness and making adjustments as necessary
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient outcomes
- Providing evidence-based clinical care to designated patients
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate from accredited School of Nursing
- If eligible, must have a Compact (multi-state) License in their primary state of residence
- Licensed to practice nursing in the state where work is being performed
Specialized Knowledge
- Demonstrate knowledge of nursing theory
- Clinical practice standards and policies
- Competent to independently perform safe nursing skills and procedures
- Able to critically think and problem solve in routine and emergency situations

- Prior experience as an RN
