About the role

The RN Home Visitor provides case management and support services to pregnant and parenting women and their children under a research-based program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits
• Collaborate with community agencies
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and protocols of the healthcare and research entities
• Demonstrate professionalism and maintain high standards of clinical practice
• Address the physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of patients across all ages
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Valid RN license
• BLS certification
• BSN within five years of hire
• At least two years of relevant experience in pediatrics or related fields with children from birth to five years
• Experience in adolescent psychology, OB, home care, or community nursing (preferred)
• Strong communication skills, especially with adolescents
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
