About the Role

Join Baylor University Medical Center (BUMC) as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department. Our ED units are fast-paced and include high acuity patients. Our leadership team fosters an environment that supports learning, mentoring, and building each team member.

Opportunity Details

• Level I Trauma Magnet Facility
• Patient Ratios: 4:1
• Number of Beds: 80
• Status: Full Time
• Shift: 7:00pm – 7:00am (Nights)

Responsibilities

• Practice at the highest level in the ER setting
• Deliver safe and high-quality care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Participate in inter-professional collaboration and shared governance
• Engage in evidence-based practice, research, and nursing innovations

Requirements

• Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program
• RN – Registered Nurse with minimum 1 year ED experience
• BLS – Basic Life Support (required within 30 days of hire)
