About the Role
Join the Emergency Department at Baylor University Medical Center, a Level I Trauma Magnet Facility practicing at the highest level in emergency care. The ED is a fast-paced unit with high-acuity patients, offering opportunities for learning, mentoring, and professional growth. Patient ratios are 4:1, and the unit has 80 beds.
- $10,000 sign-on bonus available to full-time candidates with 2 years of RN experience

Requirements
- Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program
- RN - Registered Nurse license
- Minimum 1 year of ED experience
- BLS - Basic Life Support (required within 30 days of hire)
