About the Role

Join the Emergency Department at Baylor University Medical Center, a Level I Trauma Magnet Facility practicing at the highest level in emergency care. The ED is a fast-paced unit with high-acuity patients, offering opportunities for learning, mentoring, and professional growth. Patient ratios are 4:1, and the unit has 80 beds.

• $10,000 sign-on bonus available to full-time candidates with 2 years of RN experience
• Relocation assistance offered for eligible candidates relocating 50+ miles
• Open shifts: 7:00pm - 7:00am (Nights)

Requirements

• Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program
• RN - Registered Nurse license
• Minimum 1 year of ED experience
• BLS - Basic Life Support (required within 30 days of hire)
