We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Overview (maybe not a heading? The overview includes sign on bonus and description). The instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have overview with sign on bonus and description. Could treat as "About the role" maybe. But we have "Overview" heading in source; we could map to
for section headings (e.g. But we have "Overview" heading in source; we could map to About the role
and include the overview text (including sign on bonus). Also we have "The Enhabit Advantage" which is benefits. So we can have Benefits section.
Responsibilities: we have bullet list (Supervise... Manage...). So we can put Responsibilities
with - ...
.
Qualifications: we have many required and preferred items. Could combine as Qualifications section. Also Education and experience, state specific details. Might be part of Qualifications. Could also have Requirements? The instruction says use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can choose Qualifications for required and preferred. Skills maybe separate? But we have technology skills, communication skills etc. Could put under Skills. However we have many items; better to keep Qualifications for required and preferred, and maybe Skills for technology/communication. But we need to avoid thin sections. Let's decide: Use Qualifications for required and preferred (including education, experience, licensure, etc). Use Skills for technology and communication skills (MS Office, oral/written communication, active listening, etc). Benefits section for The Enhabit Advantage list. Overview section maybe as About the role.
We must not include Pay or Schedule unless specified. Not present. So omit.
We must remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, etc. Also remove "Additional Information" maybe? It includes EEO statement; we should drop that. Also remove "Overview $5,000 Sign On Bonus" maybe we keep sign on bonus in overview.
We need to preserve all substantive information: sign on bonus, description about Enhabit, responsibilities, qualifications (including state-specific requirements), skills (technology, communication), benefits list.
We must not invent or summarize away detail. Must keep specifics like "Generous paid time off for full-time employees", "401(k) matching", etc.
We need to format as HTML fragment only.
Let's extract details:

Especially MS office, including word, powerpoint, and excel." and "Oral communication, written communication, fluency in English, active listening." Also "basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device." Might be redundant. Better to keep under Qualifications.
