Responsibilities

• Supervise the provision of clinical and non‑clinical services.
• Manage clinical operations, services, personnel, and office operations

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
• Valid clinical license per state requirements (or compact nurse license per board of nursing rules).
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience within the immediate previous 36 months.
• Minimum of one year of experience with home health.
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of federal, state, and local laws and regulatory guidelines governing home care office operations.
• Current CPR certification as required by the position.
• Valid state driver license for the current state of residence.
• Automobile liability insurance as required by law.
• Basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
• State‑specific education/experience:
• Arizona: Registered nurse with at least three years of nursing experience, including at least two years as a registered nurse providing home health services.
• Connecticut: Registered nurse with an active license and either (1) a master’s degree from an NLN or APHA‑approved program with one year full‑time clinical experience in home health/community health, (2) a bachelor’s in nursing with three years full‑time clinical experience (at least one year in home health/community health), (3) continuously employed as supervisor of clinical services in a home health since Jan 1 1979, or (4) a diploma/associate in nursing with three years full‑time or equivalent clinical experience in the past five years (at least one year in home health/community health) plus ANCC community health nurse certification or six credits in community health nursing theory or health care management from an accredited program.
• Delaware: Registered nurse with at least one year of home health and supervisory experience.
• Illinois: Bachelor’s in nursing with one year of nursing experience, or RN with three years experience (two of which must be in home health or family‑centered nursing in a community health program).
• Maryland: 2‑3 years of experience or education in community nursing.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a management position (preferred).
• Previous experience using Homecare Homebase (HCHB) (preferred).
• Dependable transportation in good working condition and ability to safely drive in all weather conditions (preferred).
• Oral and written communication skills, fluency in English, active listening (preferred).
• In‑office attendance is essential (except for designated full‑time remote positions) to achieve Enhabit objectives (preferred).
