About the role
Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations, utilizing the nursing process for planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans. Ensure regulatory compliance and take responsibility for nursing outcomes. Guide and supervise unlicensed staff to deliver quality patient care, while contributing to safety and high patient satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills
- Current IL nursing license
- BLS/CPR certification
- Preferred BSN degree
- At least 1-year hospital nursing experience
- Experience with ECMO or Impella pumps is a plus
