RN CV Surgical PCU - Per Diem Days

Provides high-quality patient care by conducting assessments, examinations, and treatments to ensure positive patient outcomes. Works under close supervision, collaborates with the healthcare team, supports medical decision-making by analyzing patient data, and helps implement prescribed interventions while adhering to protocols for patient safety. Coordinates care, seeks guidance on complex cases, and performs additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred
• At least 1 year of RN experience, including 1 year in a clinical specialty
• Valid RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state
• BLS certification from American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
