Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Prepare and administer medications and treatments
- Reconcile medical records for accuracy
- Evaluate patient responses to care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

- Perform assigned tasks to support patient care excellence
Requirements
- Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
- At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience, ideally in a specialized area
- Valid RN license in the applicable state or a Compact license
- BLS (CPR) certification from a recognized organization
