RN Critical Care Float Pool Nurse

About the Role

Critical Care Registered Nurse supporting ICU or PCU in a float pool across multiple hospitals, providing direct patient care and serving as a resource for staff and patients in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process and prioritizing safety and quality.
• Model proficiency through precepting and contribute to evidence-based practice.
• Support multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Deliver high-level nursing care in complex critical care settings.
• Uphold safety and quality standards while engaging in ongoing learning.
• Contribute to a positive, innovative clinical environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Valid RN licensure.
• ACLS and BLS certifications.
• At least 6 months of ICU or PCU experience or completion of a fellowship program.
• Strong clinical skills, adaptability, teamwork, and commitment to patient-centered care.
