About the role
The Critical Care Registered Nurse supports patients in ICU or PCU settings across multiple hospitals, providing high-level direct care utilizing the nursing process within a technically complex environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based, top-of-scope patient care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Precept new staff to ensure safety and quality
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- State RN licensure
- ACLS certification
- At least 6 months of ICU or PCU experience or completion of a fellowship
- BLS certification
