RN Coordinator, Transport Services, Days

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes educational programs for all discipline levels on the transport team.
• Captures and monitors current team members’ development, educational opportunities, and education goals.
• Coordinates orientation programs for new team members.
• Outreach education and relationship development with referring facilities and EMS services across the region in collaboration with the team’s medical director.
• Maintain competencies and skill set by completing a minimum of 10 shifts as a transport RN over a 10-week schedule rotation.

Qualifications

• Three years of transport experience
• Bachelor Degree Registered Nurse
• One of the following certifications within two years of hire: CEN, CPEN, CFRN, CTRN, TCRN
• Previous coordinator experience (Desired)
• Master Degree (Desired)
