RN Coordinator - Infusion
About the role
Coordinate the nursing services of Providence Home Infusion. This includes process development, patient and staff scheduling, coordination with pharmacy and oversight of daily workflow for delivery of nursing care.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement processes for efficient nursing care delivery
- Schedule patients and staff to ensure optimal workflow and patient care
- Coordinate with pharmacy to ensure accurate medication administration
- Oversight of daily nursing care workflow
Requirements
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
- 3 years Home Infusion nursing experience
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree.
Skills
Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
