RN Coordinator - Infusion

About the role

The Nursing Care Coordinator oversees nursing services for a Home Infusion program, including process development, patient and staff scheduling, pharmacy coordination, and daily workflow management to ensure quality nursing care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing operations and workflows to optimize patient care
• Develop and implement nursing processes and procedures
• Manage scheduling for patients and staff
• Collaborate with pharmacy and other healthcare providers
• Oversee daily nursing activities ensuring compliance and quality standards

Qualifications

• Oregon Registered Nurse License (upon hire)
• National Provider BLS certification within 30 days of hire
• At least 3 years of Home Infusion nursing experience
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field
