About the role

Geisinger is offering a full‑time Inpatient RN position with up to a $24,000 hiring incentive for eligible candidates, market‑competitive hiring rates (higher for experienced nurses), up to $7 shift differentials for evening, night, and weekend shifts, and relocation assistance for qualified applicants. The role is on the Advanced Acute Care Orthopaedics unit (HFAM6), a 30‑bed private‑room post‑surgical orthopedic/medical‑surgical/telemetry unit that includes two bariatric rooms with overhead lifts, two negative‑pressure rooms, and an on‑site patient gym.
