RN - Clinical Supervisor, MedSurg

Role Overview Responsible for supervising nursing staff through ongoing collaboration with the Clinical Manager, ensuring quality patient care and staff performance. Key Responsibilities Work closely with the Clinical Manager to provide consistent supervision and support to staff.Maintain current clinical knowledge through continuing education.Participate in staff development and quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.Minimum of 2 years of inpatient or outpatient nursing experience.Previous supervisory experience is preferred.Current RN license in Georgia or multistate licensure upon hire.Certification in BCLS is required.
