Registered Nurse - Clinical Supervisor, MedSurg

About the role

Responsible for supervising nursing staff through ongoing collaboration with the Clinical Manager to ensure quality patient care and staff performance.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Clinical Manager to oversee staff supervision and ensure consistent care delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of inpatient or outpatient nursing experience.
• Participation in continuing education to maintain current patient care knowledge.
• Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Georgia or hold a multistate licensure.
• Current BCLS certification upon hire.
