RN - Clinical Supervisor, MedSurg

Role: Provides clinical supervision and collaborates closely with the Clinical Manager to ensure staff effectiveness. Responsibilities: Supports staff supervision, maintains consistent communication with management, and ensures quality patient care. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's Degree preferred.Minimum of 2 years of inpatient or outpatient nursing experience.Participates in ongoing education to stay current with patient care practices.Previous supervisory experience is a plus.Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Georgia or holding multistate licensure (NLC/eNCL).Current BCLS certification.
