About the Role
The Clinical Supervisor ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality, and cost-effective patient care by competent staff. They collaborate with administrative personnel, physicians, and co-workers to improve processes, manage patient flow, and oversee staffing to meet patient needs.
This role involves inspiring a shared vision, modeling professional standards, promoting change, and providing mentorship and recognition to staff. The Clinical Supervisor holds care providers accountable for responsibilities and compliance with policies and regulations, participates in staff evaluation, and manages resources in alignment with organizational mission, values, and standards.
Responsibilities
- Ensure safe, high-quality, and cost-effective patient care.
- Collaborate with administrative personnel, physicians, and co-workers to improve processes and manage patient flow.
- Oversee staffing to meet patient needs.
- Inspire a shared vision and model professional standards.
- Promote change and provide mentorship and recognition to staff.
- Hold care providers accountable for responsibilities and compliance with policies and regulations.
- Participate in staff evaluation and resource management.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
- Active RN license.
- 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.
- Required certifications: Healthcare Provider Card, TNCC, ACLS, ENPC, or PALS.
- Strong communication, clinical competence, data assessment, and leadership abilities.
Qualifications
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
