Clinical Supervisor, RN - Cardiac Unit, Full-time Nights

Oversees shift operations on a cardiac unit, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. Coordinates multidisciplinary teams, manages nursing staff, and provides professional leadership to achieve safe and optimal health outcomes.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited RN program (BSN preferred)
• Valid nursing license
• At least one year of full-time or three years part-time acute care nursing experience
• Supervisory experience preferred

Qualifications

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification
• Additional certifications such as NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) and TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) within six months of hire
• ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) optional
• Pass pre-employment assessments
